St Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary - TechSupport TechSupport Public-access workstations

Public-access workstations are made available to registered students and other authorized users in the Library Reading Room and in the Solarium of the Germack Building. Limited support is provided by techsupport@svots.edu and by walk-in service as posted. Please do not request assistance from seminary staff in use of the facilities.

You may only use the computers by logging yourself on. You may not allow anyone else, even family, to use a seminary workstation using your account name and password. You are required to follow all applicable seminary policies and posted rules.

Under no circumstances may you use staff PCs or terminals (e.g., in SVS Press offices, Bookstore, Advancement, Reception, Library Circulation) without prior permission from TechSupport. Only the department head of the applicable department may request permission.

Internet Explorer can be used on most public-access workstations without logging on to access Library and other seminary resources. You must log on using your username and password to print or work with files. A printer for student use is provided in the Library. Paper is provided. You may not use any other seminary printer or copier.
